A novel combination comprising the MEK inhibitor N-{3-[3-cyclopropyl-5-(2-fluoro-4-iodo-phenylamino)6,8-dimethyl；-2,4,7-trioxo-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-1-yl]phenyl}acetamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, with a B-Raf inhibitor, particularlyN-{3-[5-(2-Amino-4-pyrimidinyl)-2-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]-2-fluorophenyl}-2,6-difluorobenzenesulfonamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same and methods of using such combinations and compositions in the treatment of conditions in which the inhibition of MEK and/or B-Raf is beneficial, eg. cancer.MEK 저해제 N-{3-[3-사이클로프로필-5-(2-플루러-4-아이오도-페닐아미노)6,8-다이메틸-2,4,7-트리옥소-3,4,6,7-테트라하이드로-2H-피리도[4,3-d]피리미딘-1-일]페닐}아세트아마이드 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용할 수 있는 염 또는 용매 화합물과 B-Raf 저해제, 특히 N-{3-[5-(2-아미노-4-피리미디닐)-2-(1,1-다이메틸에틸)-1,3-티아졸-4-일]-2-플루러페닐-}-2,6-다이플루러벤젠술폰아마이드 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용할 수 있는 염을 포함하는 신규한 조합물 및 암처럼 MEK 및/또는 B-Raf 저해 효과가 있는 질환의 치료 시 상기 조합물과 조성물을 이용한 방법을 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
