PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalation aid capable of reducing an amount of a sprayed medicine according to necessity.SOLUTION: An inhalation aid comprises: a cylinder part 2 having an inlet part 2a on one end and having light transmissivity a partition part 3 provided inside on one end side of the cylinder part 2 and a piston part 4 inserted into the cylinder part 2 so as to move reciprocatingly, and having a grip part 4d on outside. The cylinder part 2 has a hole part 2c to which a medicine spraying tool 13 capable of spraying a medicine 12 into an inner space 11 between the partition part 3 and the piston part 4 is detachably attached. The partition part 3 has at least one inspiration valve 3e which is opened in inspiration and which is closed in exhalation. The piston part 4 has at least one inspiration valve 4e which is opened in inspiration and is closed in exhalation.
