A method of treating a patient with a malignant tumor that originates from the ovary, said method comprising administering to said patient an effective amount of a conjugate comprising: (a) an antitumor agent； and (b) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence at least 80% identical to TFFYGGSRGKRNNFKTEEY (SEQ ID NO: 97), wherein said polypeptide is conjugated to said antitumor agent. 2.
