An operation assistance system for a grain processing facility, the operation assistance system comprising: a reception unit that receives a simulation history from a simulator that is for operation management training for the grain processing facility； a first storage unit that stores the simulation history； an analysis unit that analyzes trends in the stored simulation history； and a warning unit that, during actual operation management of the grain processing facility, gives warnings to an operator of the grain processing facility on the basis of analysis results from the analysis unit.
