The new species, number two Yenong has large grains, high yields, and high antioxidant activity. The new species of rice with a large embryo according to one embodiment of the present invention is produced by a step of processing mutation by irradiating gamma rays to Shindongjin rice, a step of selecting a mutant with a large embryo, and a step of back crossing the selected mutant with the Shindongjin rice.본 발명은 거대배를 갖는 신품종 '예농2호' 벼 및 이의 종자에 관한 것이다. 상기 신품종 '예농2호'는 쌀알이 크고 다수확계통이며 항산화 활성이 증진된 특성이 있다.
