PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stalk liquid flow measuring sensor, a stalk liquid flow measuring device, and a stalk liquid flow measurement method capable of measuring stalk liquid flow of plants with stalks of small diameter, with high sensitivity and at low cost.SOLUTION: The stalk liquid flow measuring sensor 1 comprises a substrate 2 comprising insulating synthetic-resin films or sheets, or insulating sheets or thin plates of inorganic material, such as insulating ceramic wafers, a pair of thin-film metal temperature sensing resistors 3 and 5 prepared on its surface, a thin-film metal heater 4 formed in parallel between a pair of temperature sensing resistors 3 and 5, also a pair of conductive materials 6 extracting electrical signal from the thin-film metal temperature sensing resistors 3 and 5, respectively, and a conductive material 7 supplying current to the thin-film metal heater 4.
