PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice planting machine capable of adjusting increase/decrease of the speed of vehicle fixed by a speed fixing means without releasing fixing of the speed by the speed fixing means.SOLUTION: The rice planting machine 1 includes: an engine 14 a motor 71 a speed change pedal 67 a maximum speed setting dial 69 and a speed fixing lever 70.
