PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of reducing an exposure dose.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes: a rack 20 for performing imaging by irradiating a subject placed on a top board 11 with an X-ray an imaging unit 50 for imaging a subject P on the top board 11 and generating second image data a second display unit 70 for displaying second image data generated by the imaging unit 50 a mobile body detection unit 61 for detecting a mobile body on the basis of second image data generated by the imaging unit 50, calculating the positions of the detected mobile body as an imaging start position and an imaging end position in the longitudinal direction of the top board 11, and then setting an imaging range and a position data generation unit 62 for generating imaging range position data by which the position of an imaging range set by the mobile body detection unit 61 is indicated on second image data generated by the imaging unit 50.
