The present invention relates to a marker array which has marker in a small and simple shape to increase the efficiency of the nystagmus measurement and accuracy of a 3D analysis. The marker array includes a first side, a second side, and a third side all of which are in contact with the other two sides and can be attached to an eyeball. Accordingly, the present invention enables efficient and precise nystagmus measurement. The marker array comes in a size which can be applied to a small animal having small eyeballs to be effectively utilized in an experiment involving a mouse having an advantage in the nystagmus measurement. The present invention enables effective data collection for obtaining a research result, enables precise and real-time measurement of horizontality, verticality, tilt through locating, and is easily manufactured to be economical.
