PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling apparatus of a liquid body mixed with solids, for solving distributed spots of solids in a liquid body mixed with solids, like the material of Datemaki (sweet rolled omelet).SOLUTION: The filling apparatus is such that a rotary shaft 45 of a motor 43 rotates and together with, a stirring blade 47 rotates, and when the stirring blade 47 rotates, a material I is mixed by mixing blade members 55 and 57, and at this time, flow occurs in the material I with the mixing blade members 55 and 57, and the material I passes through a through-hole 59. As a result of this, while the material I is mixed, a state in which a fish paste F is dispersed evenly in an egg E is achieved. Furthermore, the material I is stirred also by the rotation of a supplying blade member 61.
