The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of contactless eye recognition with glasses, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method of contactless eye recognition with glasses which can recognize an eye movement and a blink of an eyelid without directly contacting a face portion. The present invention minimizes external equipment and is easily attached to existing glasses to measure an eye movement and a blink of an eyelid of a user by a simple method. Since a direct contact with the user is not needed, an error generated by contact separation can be reduced when measuring.
