More specifically, the present invention provides a urethane seat for a vehicle with parts having different hardness formed into a seat form of a vehicle, including: a body seat with an insertion groove on a part where body parts of a passenger such as the back are supported when the passenger sits on the seat a damping seat coupled to the insertion groove to be separated, made of a material with hardness smoother than a support seat, and having an uneven portion formed in an egg carton shape to form an air layer in the front side a rubbing seat made of a material with hardness identical to the damping seat, formed into a form-molded object made of a synthetic resin which is a seat form, attached or fused to the uneven portion of the damping seat. Accordingly, the urethane seat for a vehicle with the parts having different hardness is capable of improving passenger comfort, absorbing the load of the passenger with the rubbing seat, and minimizing vibration transmitted to the support seat by diffusing and absorbing remaining impact to/with the uneven portion formed in the damping seat.
