The present invention relates to the association of association of at least one phosphate binder, at least one uremic toxin binder, at least one vasoactive antihypertensive agent and at least one aritifibrotic agent for the management of progressive renal diseases including chronic kidney diseases (CKD) in domestic carnivores； specifically, the present invention is directed to veterinarian compositions comprising said association and use thereof for the treatment of CKD conditions.
