According to the present invention, a natural extract mixture reduces alcohol and acetaldehyde contents in blood of a mouse, has an excellent effect in protecting liver cells and brain cells from being damaged by alcohol, and has exhibited an effect of inhibiting the activation of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in a brain of a mouse, which was increased due to alcohol intake, and the formation of malondialdehyde (MDA), which is lipid peroxide. Moreover, it has been identified that the natural extract mixture can be applied as an antioxidant in brain tissues of a mouse against oxidative stress due to alcohol, by increasing contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), which is an antioxidant enzyme. Accordingly, the natural extract mixture can be usefully used for a composition for preventing, mitigating, and curing alcoholic liver diseases or alcoholic brain damage.
