The ventilator is provided with a drive with the speed regulator and the temperature regulator. The temperature sensor is located in the ventilation duct. The delivery pipe branch of the ventilator is equipped with thermoelectric generator, which comprises housing with a passage channel and a set of differential thermocouples. In the passage channel of the housing the "hot" ends of the set of differential thermocouples are mounted, and the "cold" ends are located on the outer surface of the housing.
