Conventional breeding devices for deep-sea organisms had the issue of the difficulty of controlling the amount of dissolved oxygen in water. A cet effet, linvention porte sur un dispositif de commande (2) pour contrôler la quantité doxygène dissout dans leau dans un réservoir deau, lequel dispositif comprend : une pompe à air qui fournit de lair au réservoir deau une trajectoire de circulation qui retire de leau vers lextérieur du réservoir deau et qui renvoie celle-ci au réservoir deau une pompe dalimentation par pressurisation pour amener leau à sécouler à travers la trajectoire de circulation et un moyen de dégazéification disposé au centre de la trajectoire de circulation, et qui amène leau à sécouler à travers celui-ci, et qui retire loxygène dissout dans leau.
