PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus, imaging a favorable sectional image of the anterior ocular segment.
SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a measurement system for measuring the characteristics of subjects eyes a first imaging optical system for imaging a front image of the anterior ocular segment of the subjects eyes a body part provided movably to the eyes to be examined and housing the measurement system and the first imaging optical system and a base on which the body part is movably placed. The body part further houses a projection optical system having a projection optical axis and provided to form a sectional image of the anterior ocular segment and a second imaging optical system having an imaging optical axis intersecting the projection optical axis at a predetermined angle, disposed to image the sectional image of the anterior ocular segment, and disposed below the projection optical system. The body part or the upside of a forehead applied part is provided with a first light shielding part for shielding disturbance light which reflects on the subjects upper eyelids or upper eyelashes to enter the imaging optical system when the measurement system is aligned in a predetermined positional relationship to the subjects eyes by the moving of the body part.
