The present invention relates to a syringe-coupled safety assembly and a safety syringe including the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the syringe-coupled safety assembly comprising: a cover having a space part for allowing a syringe to enter therein, and a first through-hole through which a syringe needle passes; and a fixing unit having a second through-hole into which a syringe hub, in which the needle is mounted, is inserted, disposed inside the cover so as to be capable of proceeding in the direction becoming closer to the first through-hole and of retracting in the direction becoming farther from the first through-hole, fixed to the cover in a proceeded state, and provided so as to allow the syringe inserted into the second through-hole to retract when the fixed state thereof of the cover is released from the proceeded state.
