PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of identifying a tissue by a multi-energy imaging despite imaging conditions such as the concentration of contrast medium and appropriately visualizing an intended tissue.SOLUTION: This X-ray CT apparatus creates a CT value map by a tissue information setting means S10 for setting tissue information assumed to appear in a reconstruction image, a CT value time change curve prediction means S20 for predicting a time change in the CT value from starting the injection of the contrast medium using the set tissue information, and an identification data creation means S30 creating identification data of the tissue to be identified based on the predicted time change curve of the CT value.
