The present invention relates to a livestock disease prevention injection system using drones and a method thereof. More specifically, the livestock disease prevention injection system executes operations for injecting nutrients, antibiotics, vaccines, livestock disease prevention substances, and foot-and-mouth disease vaccines for vaccination and health management of cattle and pigs released and raised in the wild grass fields near a domesticated animals farmhouse by recognizing 900MHz radio frequency identification (RFID) tags of beacons arranged on the neck bands of the cattle and pigs, enabling the drones to hover the individual cattle and pigs as high as about 3-7 meters in the sky in a still state by controlling the altitude of the drones and to aim the buttocks of the cattle and pigs before remotely firing the vaccine syringes thereto. By rewinding the syringes by using a roller recovery unit of the drones within a short period of 1-8 seconds, the syringes connected to the drones with wires can be recovered and stored, thereby enabling safe vaccination of cattle and pigs on farms.본 발명은 드론을 사용한 가축의 방역주사 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 축우 농가에서 농가 주변에 들풀에서 방목되며 길러지는 소와 돼지들의 건강 관리와 예방 접종을 위해 영양제 주사, 항생제 주사, 예방 접종 주사, 가축 방역 주사, 구제역 예방 주사를 접종하기 위해 소와 돼지의 목걸이에 구비된 비콘의 900MHz RFID 태그를 인식하여 각각의 소와 돼지들에게 드론의 고도 제어를 통해 3~7m 이내 상공에서 드론이 정지 상태로 호버링하여 드론을 사용하여 소와 돼지의 엉덩이 부분을 조준하여 원격으로 예방 주사기를 발사하고, 드론의 롤러 회수기에 의해 1~8초 이내의 짧은 시간 내에 되감기에 의해 줄로 연결된 주사기를 회수하여 보관하며, 안전하게 축우 농가의 소와 돼지들을 예방 접종하는 효과가 있다.
