The device includes a filter circuit, which used to amplify and filtering the recorded potential from the Bio-surface electrodes to generate an electrocardiography signal a time series of heart-beat interval calculating module, which used to calculate the time interval between each two heart-beat from the generated electrocardiography signal of filter circuit to output the related time series of rhythm and a complexity calculating module, which used to inverse the time series of rhythm to generate a “inversed time series” and compare the complexity difference of original time series and inversed time series to quantify an index that used to indicate the activity status of heart.
