Disc sowing apparatus consists of two interconnected discs: the inner disk with cells, and an outer orifice plate for a vacuum supply and fixed between the discs and the net. The cell has the shape of a truncated cone with an offset base, front wall, which has the right angle, and the rear, in the direction of rotation, is formed at an angle that allows to exclude jamming seeds.
