The hand-held unit according to claim 1, wherein the removable cartridge further comprises:tube holder for holding the flexible tube portion andthe lever for attaching the removable cartridge to the aspiration pump.5. The hand-held unit according to claim 1, further comprising:rigid portion of the suction line between the needle and the aspiration pump.6. The hand-held unit according to claim 1, further comprising:suction pressure sensor located between the pump and the aspiration needle.7. The hand-held unit according to claim 1, further comprising:an outlet valve disposed in parallel with the suction pump, while the exhaust valve is arranged to adjust the vacuum generated by suction pump.8. The hand-held unit according to claim 2, wherein the shaft is movable in the direction of the cartridge and removable from it, so that the position of the shaft relative to the removable cartridge defines a vacuum pressure level produced by the suction pump.9.
