PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate attaching/detaching system which ensures both a detection area of a transport carriage and accuracy required for attaching and detaching a top plate without requiring accuracy of absolute positioning of a treatment table.SOLUTION: This top plate attaching/detaching system for a treatment table includes: a top plate 10 for laying a patient a treatment table 20 capable of placing the top plate 10 thereon a transport carriage 30 capable of placing the top plate 10 thereon attaching/detaching mechanism sections 11, 21 for enabling the treatment table 20 and the top plate 10 to be attached and detached a wide-range photographic camera 40 for photographing the entire range where the transport carriage 30 is parked and a proximity camera 50 for photographing both the attaching/detaching mechanism sections 11, 21.
