PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type absorbent article having good feeling of wear.SOLUTION: An underpants type absorbent article (1) comprises: an absorbent body (10) having an absorbent core (11) and folded into two in the longitudinal direction and a pair of belt parts (21,22) each having a stretchable region stretchable in the lateral direction.
