This invention discloses a method to produce a pharmaceutical composition from bloods for repairing wound which don't have to extra add commercial thrombins or non-human thrombins but to manufacture the pharmaceutical composition from bloods for repairing wound directly from bloods. Therefore, the method discloses in this present invention have the effect to avoid the rejection reaction of the treated patients and to reduce the costs of production, and furthermore to decrease medical costs and the burden of patients.本發明所揭之以血液製備修復傷口用醫藥組合物之方法，其係不須再額外添加市售合成凝血酶或非人類凝血酶，而可直接將血液製備成為可用以修復傷口之醫藥組合物。據此，本發明所揭方法係具有避免患者產生排斥反應，並且用以大量製備醫藥組合物以及降低製造成本等功效，進而使醫療成本減少，更可減輕患者負擔。
