PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic device capable of improving visibility of a lesioned part.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic device includes a detection function, a determination function, a correction image generation function, and a display control function. The detection function generates frequency images including a predetermined frequency component from X-ray images sequentially generated, and detects positions of a predetermined object included in a plurality of the generated frequency images respectively. The determination function determines a processing content of correction processing for causing a position of the predetermined object detected in a frequency image that is newly generated, to coincide a reference position, the reference position being the position of the predetermined object detected in a reference image included in the plurality of frequency images. The correction image generation function sequentially generates correction images obtained by subjecting the X-ray image of the generation source of the newly generated frequency image to correction processing of the determined processing content.
