PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image analysis apparatus performing perfusion analysis on an image which is imaged by multiple doses of a contrast medium and shift of respective imaging regions and in which an artery region is not specified.SOLUTION: The medical image analysis apparatus includes a first artery transition information part, a blood vessel pixel selection part, a blood vessel pixel correspondence part, a blood vessel transition information part and a second artery transition information part. The first artery transition information part acquires first artery transition information. The blood vessel pixel selection part selects a blood vessel pixel. The blood vessel pixel correspondence part makes a blood vessel pixel of one temporal sequence image and a blood vessel pixel of another temporal sequence image with respect to a common superposition region correspond to each other. The blood vessel transition information part acquires blood vessel transition information of the blood vessel pixels made to correspond to each other. The second artery transition information part acquires second artery transition information on the basis of time information, the first artery transition information and the blood vessel transition information.
