The present invention discloses an endoscopic image capture device. The endoscopic image capture device includes a flexible body, an image capture module, and a magnetic module. The flexible body has an air vent, and an inner surface of the flexible body defines an inner space. The image capture module, disposed in the inner space and connected to the flexible body, is configured to capture environmental images outside the flexible body. The magnetic module, also disposed in the inner space and connected to the flexible body, is configured to drive the flexible body corresponding to an external magnetic field. When air is pumped into or evacuated out of the inner space, the deformation of the flexible body occurs accordingly to adjust an image capture range of the image capture module.
