PURPOSE: An air-freshening and air-conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to vary the area of a second opening unit of a housing unit as time in which an air freshener of a cartridge is utilized passed, thereby uniformly maintaining an air-freshening function.CONSTITUTION: An air-freshening and air-conditioning device for a vehicle includes a housing unit (12), a cartridge (16), an air freshener (18), and a control unit (20). The cartridge includes a first opening unit. The housing unit includes a second opening unit (13) which is selectively overlapped by the relative rotation with the cartridge so that the air freshener embedded in the cartridge is selectively connected to air outside of the housing unit. The control unit relatively rotates the cartridge and the housing unit when entering an air freshening mode so that the first and second opening units are overlapped. The control unit accumulates and calculates time for air-freshening and air-conditioning operation and adjusts the positions of the cartridge and the housing unit in order to vary a predetermined value of the overlapped area of the first and second opening units depending on accumulated operation time.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (20) Control unit본 발명은 차량용 방향 공조장치에 관한 것으로서, 카트리지의 방향제 사용시간의 경과에 따라 하우징의 제2개구부 개방면적을 가변시켜줌으로써, 균일한 방향제의 발향 감도를 유지시키도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 흡입된 공기를 냉각 또는 가열하여 차실내로 공급하는 공조장치와, 방향제가 내장된 카트리지를 하우징 내부에 회전가능하게 설치하여 상기 공기에 방향제를 선택적으로 공급하는 방향제 공급장치를 포함한 차량용 방향 공조장치에 있어서, 상기 카트리지(16)에는 제1개구부(15)를 형성함과 아울러 상기 하우징(12)에는 상기 카트리지(16)와의 상대회전에 의해 상기 제1개구부(15)와 선택적으로 중첩되는 제2개구부(13)를 형성하여 상기 카트리지(16)에 내장된 방향제(18)를 하우징(12) 외부의 공기와 선택적으로 연통시키고, 방향공조 모드 진입시 상기 카트리지(16)와 하우징(12)을 상대회전시켜 제1, 2개구부(15)(13)가 중첩되도록 함과 아울러, 제1, 2개구부(15)(13)가 중첩된 방향공조 운전시간을 누적 산출하여 산출된 상기 방향공조 누적운전시간(Tacc)의 크기에 따라 상기 제1, 2개구부(15)(13)의 중첩된 개방면적 설정값(a)을 가변시키도록 상기 카트리지(16)와 하우징(12)의 위치를 조절하는 제어부(20)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
