PURPOSE: A building farm system capable of concentrating plant cultivation area is provided to enable users to monitor the growth condition and the harvest time of plants in real time. CONSTITUTION: A building farm system comprises the following: a farm building with multiple layers plural storing cells located on each cell for storing growing blocks with plants or seeds lighting devices located on each layer for radiating light toward the growing blocks an irrigation device supplying nutrients and water to the growing blocks a temperature controller controlling the temperature of each layer a lifting device(137) moving the growing blocks to each layer a moving device transferring the growing blocks into the storage cells or mounting the growing blocks inside the storage cells on a lifting device a data saving unit for saving information regarding the storage cells an input unit for inputting information for inserting and discharging the growing blocks and a controller controlling the lifting device, the moving device, the lighting devices, the irrigation device, and the temperature controller.본 발명은 식물을 편리하게 재배 및 수확할 수 있고, 식물의 재배 면적을 집적화시킬 수 있는 건물 농장 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 다수의 층이 형성된 농장건물 상기 각 층에 배치되고, 식물이나 씨앗이 식재된 성장 블럭이 수용되는 다수의 수용 셀 상기 각 층에 배치되어 성장 블럭 측으로 빛을 조사하는 조명장치 상기 성장 블럭에 영양분 및 수분을 공급하는 관개시설 상기 각 층의 온도를 제어하는 온도제어장치 상기 성장 블럭을 상기 농장건물의 각 층으로 이동시키는 승강장치 상기 각 층으로 이동된 성장 블럭을 수용 셀로 이동시키거나 상기 수용 셀의 성장 블럭을 승강장치에 탑재시키는 이동장치 상기 각 성장 블럭이 위치된 수용 셀에 관한 정보를 저장하는 데이터 저장부 상기 성장 블럭을 반입 및 반출시킬 수 있도록 정보를 입력할 수 있는 입력부 및 상기 입력부에서 입력된 정보에 따라 해당 성장 블럭을 반입 또는 반출시키도록 상기 승강장치와 이동장치를 제어하고, 상기 조명장치와 관개시설 및 온도제어장치를 제어하여 식물을 성장시키는 제어부를 포함하는 건물 농장 시스템을 제공한다.
