A food composition contains Comamonas koreensis or culture thereof.본 발명은 키토산 분해효소를 생산하는 균주, 이를 이용한 키토산 올리고당 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 키토산 분해효소를 생산하는 코마모나스 코렌시스 또는 크리세오박테리움 인돌로제네스 균주, 이를 이용한 키토산 올리고당 제조방법 및 상기 균주 또는 이의 배양물을 함유하는 사료용, 항균용 또는 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 균주는 키토산 분해효소를 생산하여 키토산 올리고당 제조에 효과적이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 키토산 올리고당을 함유하여 항균활성을 가지며, 면역력 및 항 콜레스테롤 능력 증진의 효과가 있어 사료 첨가물 또는 식품 첨가물로 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.
