PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for improving living body healing capability, capable of obtaining a living body healing power effect even if not generating a large air pressure difference so as to perform ear cleaning.SOLUTION: This device includes: an airtight part allowing air tight a decompression pump decompressing an air pressure inside the airtight part and an excessive decompression prevention device preventing the air pressure of the airtight part from becoming excessive decompression less than a predetermined threshold value air pressure. The device further includes a decompression control means controlling the decompression pump. The decompression control means continuously repeats a decompression step of changing the air pressure inside the airtight part to a decompression state not less than the threshold value air pressure, and a pressurizing step of changing the air pressure inside the airtight part from the decompression state to a normal pressure or a wide-range normal pressure state higher than the decompression state but lower than the normal pressure, predetermined times without suspending to control the decompression pump, and the minimum air pressure of the decompression step is an air pressure corresponding to an altitude of 100 m or above.
