PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record the fact in which a patient has made a call from a shared part as a calling history without making the patient carry a radio.SOLUTION: A health professional made to carry a radio 5, a first reader 6 for reading health professional identification information from a nurse call slave unit 1 and the radio 5 is installed in the shared part, and a second reader 7 for reading the health professional identification information from the radio 5 is installed near a bed. After the nurse call slave unit 1 is operated, when the first reader 6 of the shared part where the nurse call slave unit 1 is installed reads the health professional identification information and the second reader 7 reads the same health professional identification information thereafter, it is determined that a health professional has turned to the shared part in response to a call in the shared part, helped the patient there and moved to the bed. Thus, the patient who has made a call in the shared part is specified without making the patient carry the radio 5, and recording is performed as the call history data together with the time and date when the nurse call slave unit 1 is operated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 患者に無線機を携行させずに、その患者が共用部から呼び出しを行ったことを呼出履歴として記録できる。【解決手段】 医療従事者に無線機5を携行させ、ナースコール子機1および無線機5から医療従事者識別情報を読み取る第一の読取装置6を共用部に設置して、無線機5から医療従事者識別情報を読み取る第二の読取装置7をベッド近傍に設置する。ナースコール子機1が操作された後に、そのナースコール子機1が設置されている共用部の第一の読取装置6が医療従事者識別情報を読み取り、その後に第二の読取装置7が同一の医療従事者識別情報を読み取った場合に、共用部での呼び出しに対して医療従事者が共用部へ向かい、そこに居た患者を介助してベッドまで移動したと判断されるので、患者に無線機5を携行させることなく共用部で呼び出しを行った患者を特定し、ナースコール子機1が操作された日時とともに呼出履歴データとして記録することができる。【選択図】 図1
