PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fermented milk having an increased blending amount of plant-derived solids such as fruit pulp and the like as compared with the conventional fermented milk while meeting component standards as a fermented milk.SOLUTION: The method for producing a fermented milk blended with plant-derived solids includes a step (1) of preparing a fermented milk or an unfermented milk, a step (2) of preparing plant-derived solids, and a step (3) of mixing the fermented milk or the unfermented milk with the plant-derived solids. The step (1) and the step (2) may be performed in reverse order or may be performed concurrently.
