PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minimally invasive surgical operation system eliminating mutually interfering structures, when using a plurality of operation instruments in an incision part and having non-interference surgical devices for a minimally invasive and single-hole type endoscope that have superior safety and operability of a single-hole type laparoscopic operation.SOLUTION: A minimally invasive surgical operation system 1 comprises non-interference surgical devices 10 and 10A for a minimally invasive and single-hole type endoscope disposed with surgical distal instrument rotation mechanisms 40 and 40A that are shifted in the X-axis and Y-axis directions by a rotation transmission mechanism 40a, for rotating a surgical distal instrument 50 around a main axis X axis in orthogonal three axes, X, Y, and Z axes. Further, the non-interference surgical devices 10 and 10A are configured to eliminate all of a surgical distal device rotation handle 45 and protrusions such as a cleaning port and other operation buttons from the Z-axis-direction upper face in the opposite side of grips of the surgical distal instrument operation parts 20 and 20A, operation handles 21a or 21Aa and 22.
