An antimicrobial is an agent that kills microorganisms or inhibits their growth. The word antimicrobial was derived from the Greek words anti (against), mikros (little) and bids (life) and refers to all agents that act against microbial organisms. Anti oxidant is a substance that inhibits oxidation, especially one used to counteract the deterioration of stored food products. The present invention relates developing a product, which possess both the properties of anti microbial and anti oxidant. Our unique formulation involves a blend of Piperic acid and Ferulic acid.
