The present invention provides a capsule endoscope capable of reducing a size of an endoscope. The capsule endoscope comprises: a body forming an outline； a support module disposed inside the body and forming a battery accommodating space in which a battery is detachable； a first photographing module disposed on one side of the support module and photographing a front of the body； and a first pattern formed on a surface of the support module and electrically connecting both ends of the battery and the photographing module to form a path through which power from the battery is provided to the first photographing module.
