PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and an imaging device capable of executing noise cancelling processing and isolated point removing processing on real time to images.SOLUTION: Three pixels continuing temporally or spatially are assumed A, B, and C. When pixel values of A and B are close, the pixel value of B is obtained by performing variable weighted averaging operation to the pixel values of A and B. When the pixel values of A and B are apart, the pixel value of B is left as it is.
