The present invention relates to a future movement work system capable of enabling a moving pot, in which a crop or the like is cultivated, and a workshop, in which a person works, to be moved alternately with each other. According to the present invention, the future movement work system comprises: a workshop (300) having a predetermined space formed therein for work, and installed to be movable； a workshop transfer unit (350) installed on one side of the workshop (300), and forcing the movement of the workshop (300)； a plurality of moving pots (L) in or on which plants are cultivated, and placed in a line to be able to be transferred through the workshop (300)； and a pot moving device (400) installed in the workshop (300) and the moving pots (L), and forcing the moving pots (L) to be moved through the workshop (300). According to the present invention, there is no need for workers to move and a variety of work can be performed by agricultural machines in a workshop, so working efficiency can be increased and labor force can be lowered.본 발명은 농작물 등이 심겨지는 이동화분과 사람이 작업을 수행하는 작업장이 서로 교차하여 이동하도록 구성한 미래형 이동작업 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 미래형 이동작업 시스템은, 내부에는 일정 공간이 형성되어 작업이 가능하며, 이송 가능하게 설치되는 작업장(300)과； 상기 작업장(300)의 일측에 구비되며, 작업장(300)의 이동을 강제하는 작업장이송수단(350)과； 상부 또는 내부에는 수목이 식재되며, 다수개가 일렬로 배치되어 상기 작업장(300)을 관통하여 이송 가능하게 설치되는 이동화분(L)과； 상기 작업장(300)과 이동화분(L)에 구비되며, 상기 이동화분(L)이 작업장(300)을 관통하여 이동하도록 강제하는 화분이동장치(400) 등으로 이루어진다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 작업자의 이동없이 작업이 이루어지고 다양한 작업이 작업장 내에서 농기계에 의해 작업 가능하므로 작업능률이 향상되고 인간의 노동력이 절감되는 이점이 있다.
