To provide a washing composition for scalp and hair which is suitable for washing scalp and hair and massaging scalp in a situation in which washing away cannot be performed such as for the purpose of care, medical treatment and cosmetic purpose, a protection composition for scalp and hair which can easily wipe the washing composition for scalp and hair which is used for washing hair and scalp and massaging the scalp from a scalp of a person and achieve prevention of damage of hair, and protection of the scalp and hair, a scalp/hair treatment kit combining them, and a scalp/hair treatment method using the same kit.SOLUTION: There is provided a washing composition for scalp and hair comprising: an anionic polymer thickening when cation is added thereto and having no salt tolerance； and a nonionic surface active agent. There is also provided a protection composition for scalp and hair comprising: a protection component formed of any one kind or more kinds selected from trimethylglycine, amino acid, collagen, keratin, ceramide, hyaluronate, Sapindus extract, quillai extract； and salt.
