A method for medicament administration to the patients eye comprises hollow microneedle insertion into the sclerotic coat at the site of administration and infusion of a liquid medicinal composition containing the drug in an amount effective to deliver this drug to the suprachoroidal space, over a period of time, through a microneedle inserted into the suprachoroidal space of the eye.
