The present invention relates to an oral appliance which is worn in oral cavity during sleeping, prevents airways from narrowing, and treats snoring. According to the present invention, the oral appliance for preventing snoring comprises: an upper body which receives upper teeth and a lower body which receives lower teeth. The upper body has upper coupling members at both sides of the outside thereof. The lower body has upper binding members at both sides of the outside thereof to make one side come in contact with one side of the upper binding member in an occlusion between upper teeth and lower teeth. The contact side between the upper binding member and the lower binding member has a predetermined gradient.본 발명은 수면 시, 구강 내에 착용하여, 기도가 좁아지는 것을 방지하고, 나아가 코골이 치료에 도움이 될 수 있는 구강 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 코골이 방지용 구강 장치는 윗니를 수용할 수 있는 상부몸체 및 아랫니를 수용하는 하부몸체로 구성되며, 상기 상부몸체는 외곽의 양측에 상부결합부재를 형성하고, 상기 하부몸체는 상기 윗니와 아랫니가 교합 시, 일측이 상기 상부결합부재의 일측과 접촉되도록 외곽의 양측에 하부결합부재를 형성하며, 상기 상부결합부재와 상기 하부결합부재의 접촉면은 일정한 기울기를 형성하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
