The present invention provides an automatic external defibrillator with a stable voltage and current and a high power output energy accumulation device. The power supply for the defibrillation circuit is connected with an energy accumulation circuit having a voltage converter and a high voltage rectifier. The high voltage rectifier is connected with an energy accumulator capable of accumulating the rectified high voltage for energy accumulation and power charge. Then, the energy accumulator is connected with a power control circuit having a pulse shaping circuit. The pulse shaping circuit is connected with a controller and an electric shock switch, respectively. The electric shock switch is connected in parallel with two electrodes that are adhered to the chest of the human body. When the operator presses the electric shock switch to perform triggering, a series loop is formed between the energy accumulator and the human body in contact with the electrodes so as to carry out electric shock and defibrillation by applying pulsed high voltage energy to the heart. When the energy accumulator is discharged, the energy accumulation circuit continues to stably replenish the energy accumulator to obtain stable and appropriate amount of high voltage electricity at any time, so as to achieve the purpose of triggering and applying the electric shock with stable voltage and current.本發明係提供一種具穩定電壓、電流與高能量輸出儲能裝置之自動體外除顫器,其係於除顫電路之供電源為連接有具電壓變換器及高壓整流器之儲能電路,且高壓整流器連接有可將整流後高壓電壓進行儲能充電之儲能器,再由儲能器連接有具脈波成形電路之控電電路,而脈波成形電路為分別連接有控制器及電擊開關,並由電擊開關並聯有二個黏貼於人體胸部上之電極,當操作者按壓於電擊開關進行觸發時,可使儲能器與電極接觸的人體形成串聯迴路來對心臟通過脈衝高壓能量進行電擊除顫之動作,且儲能器放電的同時,儲能電路仍會向儲能器持續穩定整補,隨時得到穩定適量高壓之電量,進而達到以穩定穩定電壓、電流施予電擊觸發之目的。1‧‧‧除顫電路11‧‧‧供電源12‧‧‧儲能電路121‧‧‧電壓變換器122‧‧‧高壓整流器123‧‧‧儲能器13‧‧‧控電電路131‧‧‧脈波成形電路132‧‧‧控制器133‧‧‧電擊開關134‧‧‧電極135‧‧‧檢測電路136‧‧‧數位隔離器
