PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for feeding powdery contents with which the powdery contents are restrained from being scattered when the powdery contents are fed into a dissolution tank, and consequently the sanitary conditions in the device for feeding powdery contents can be improved and the surrounding working environment can be prevented from getting worse due to the leakage of the scattered powdery contents to the outside.
SOLUTION: The device for feeding powdery contents is used for feeding the powdery contents from inside a pouched body H where the seal is opened and a discharge port Ha is formed, into the dissolution tank 11, and the device is provided with: a turnover means (a holding part 8 and a turnover part 7) for turning over the pouched body H upside down while holding it to direct the discharge port Ha downward and a pressing means 9b for controlling the amount of the powdery contents to be fed from the discharge port Ha of the pouched body H turned-over by the turnover means.
