The present invention refers to a rotatory cylindrical chamber for machines used to crush olives and similar oleaginous fruits, of the type composed of an opposite pair of circular flanges and a grid perimeter wall, characterised by the fact that the grid perimeter wall is obtained by means of a regularly spaced series of bars, preferably with square or rectangular cross-section, which transversally extend between the two flanges with parallel direction to the rotation axis of the chamber.
