A method for notifying a health state using a condition index executed in a health state notification server according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: giving a biometric index with regard to each of biorhythm elements of a user or giving the biometric index according to a correlation between the biorhythm elements determining the condition index of the user by using the biometric index and feeding back the health state of the user according to the condition index.
