A blower mechanism according to the present invention has a deodorizing function. (1) A part or all of constituent parts includes a powdered natural mineral, and the powdered natural mineral is a natural radiation. Uranium or thorium that exhibits an ionization promoting effect due to (2) a paint is applied to some or all of the constituent parts, and the paint is uranium or thorium that exhibits an ionization promoting effect due to natural radiation (3) A deodorizing seal is affixed to a part of the component, and the deodorizing seal includes uranium or thorium that exhibits an effect of promoting ionization by natural radiation.
