The present invention relates to a sterilization method of products for body implant comprising a biopolymer. The method of the present invention is more effective than an existing sterilization method, and can effectively remove residual unreacted monomers by using carbon dioxide which is harmless to a human body when manufacturing a biopolymer.본발명은 Biopolymer를 포함하고 있는 신체 이식용 제품의 멸균처리 방법에 관한 것으로 기존의 멸균처리 방법에 비해 효과적이며 Biopolymer 제조시 잔류하고 있는 미반응 monomer의 효과적인 제거도 인체에 무해한 이산화탄소를 이용하여 효과적으로 진행 할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다.
