The lead frame includes a plate and at least one of side plate. The plate has a carrier portion and a protrusion portion protruding forward the side plate. The side plate is disposed apart from the protrusion portion. The light-receiving unit includes a photodetector disposed on a carrier surface of the carrier portion and having a light-receiving surface and a first light-blocking wall encircling the carrier portion for defining a first opening. The light-emitting unit includes a light-emitting device disposed on a mounting surface of the side plate and having a light-emitting surface and a second light-blocking wall encircling the side plate for defining a second opening. The first light-blocking wall or the second light-blocking wall encapsulates the protrusion portion. An upper surface of the protrusion portion is not lower than the light-emitting surface.
